We want you to love your Brianna Cannon pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, tagged merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and custom-made items are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original Brianna Cannon packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and drop them off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
